Thermal Images with marker points showing the temperature range of equipment and will mark the exact location of potential problems.
Along with the Thermal Image, there are visible pictures of equipment to better illustrate the location of potential issues.
Each Thermal Image will have a summary, with any issues of the equipment noted with severity.
A recommended plan for repair will be noted for any piece of equipment out of the normal range for the type of equipment.
Our personnel who has been trained are certified as Thermal/Infrared Thermography Electro-Mechanical Specific, Level 1 technicians.
Expands personnel safety
Increased preventive maintenance efficiency
Detects potential electrical system problems- Finding and repairing problems at an early stage can improve the life expectancy of equipment, extending replacement intervals.
Decreases downtime and electrical equipment damage - Subtle problems are found and addressed before they have a major impact on production.
Avoids catastrophic and costly system failures
Inspections can be done with no lost production time. The non-contact nature of infrared inspections allows technicians to scan while equipment is running.
Customizable Reports
